The aim of the courses is to enable them to:

Obtain a general view of the Basque Government's Electronic Procurement System: legal framework, technical architecture and components.

Learn about the technical and administrative requirements for electronic bidding, in addition to the procedure in each case.

Learn about the critical legal, technical and practical issues that are required for successful electronic tendering.

Learn about best practice for producing digital documentation.

Acquire a general vision of the Electronic Tendering file processing procedure.

Learn how to use the Electronic Tendering application correctly.
Courses will last approximately 3 hours and dates and locations shall be decided according to:
