The Register of Contractors of the Autonomous Basque Community responds to the need to establish a centre for gathering data about companies under contract or available for contracting with the Administration.
This concentration of data is made available to the different organs of the Basque Public Administrations, for any queries and information they may require regarding registered companies.
The certificate from the Register of Contractors must be renewed every 6 months.
Estimated processing times:

The registration process is completed within approximately one month from receipt of the correct documentation.

The renewal process is completed within approximately three days from the receipt of correct documentation.
Registration in the Official Register of Contractors and possession of a valid certificate, are indispensable conditions for Electronic Tendering.

Advantages of the Register for Companies:

Companies registered with the Register of Contractors who regularly apply for public tenders in the area of the Autonomous Basque Community, can avoid the need to repeatedly present documentation stipulated in contracting process regulations, thereby speeding up the process.

Each company entered into the register receives a certificate of registration, which can be presented along with tenders for the Basque Public Administration.
