Classified companies in the Basque Autonomous Community as from April 2008, i.e. classified indefinitely and in accordance with RD 817/2009 of 8 May, must present the following on a yearly basis for maintenance of economic/financial solvency:
A STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE, based on the financial data contained in the latest annual accounts deposited, to be submitted to this Business Classification Service by 1 September each year.
A copy of the duly checked annual accounts must be enclosed with the aforementioned document.
Individual entrepreneurs not entered in the Commercial Register are to present their Annual Accounts Book, containing the data for their accounting close. They do not need to fill in the aforementioned Statement of Compliance.
