Registration requests presented to the Register should be made using the registration dossier, which contains the standard forms. This dossier can be downloaded or obtained from the seat of the Basque Government or at any of its delegations.

Electronic request for registration:

The forms should be completed with the data required and should be accompanied by the necessary complementary documents:
1. DATA TO BE INCLUDED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM:

Personal data, or where applicable, social data for the company, in addition to a list of the persons that are responsible for administration and management.

List of technical or administrative personnel.

Data relating to business experience.
2. LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE REQUEST:
A) LEGAL DOCUMENTATION

Memorandum of association and, where applicable, Company of Modification and Adaptation and registration in the corresponding Public Registries. DNI when dealing with a single businessman.

Letter of representation, registered in the Mercantile Register where applicable and DNI for the company representative.
B) DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO COMPLIANCE WITH TAX AND SOCIAL SECURITY OBLIGATIONS

Registration and latest receipt for Trade Income Tax, or where applicable, document supporting exemption from payment issued by the corresponding tax authority.

Up to date positive certificates issued by the corresponding administrative organs, that the company is current with Social Security obligations and tax obligations, in compliance with Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12th October, in approval of the General Regulations of the Contracts Law for Public Administrations.
C) DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO STATE BUSINESS CLASIFICATION
D) ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORISATIONS

Notes:
- Accreditation of circumstances requested should be supported with originals, copies certified by the Administration or copies certified before a Notary.
- Positive certifications from Finance and Social Security should be presented within 30 days following their date of issue for them to have the procedural effects foreseen for the Contract Accreditation Section of the Official Register of Contractors.
